Winemaker Notes:
Descriptors - Decadent and lush. Notes of apricot marmalade, crème brulee and truffle. A lingering finish highlighted by bracing acidity.

Created in the method of the rare German eiswein, grapes are picked during the coldest moments of a winter's night and pressed while still frozen. The resulting wine offers the alluring flavors of stone fruits, marmalade and honey, balanced by fine refreshing acidity and a silky finish. Ice Wine is best when sipped before dessert, with dessert or even as a dessert!
