WINEMAKER'S NOTES: 
Descriptors: Baked pear and starfruit with notes of nutmeg and bread dough. Smooth and full bodied while still fresh and adequately structured.
Food Pairings: Pairs well with Caesar salad, aged Cheddar and similar cheeses, grilled salmon.

This textured and complex Chardonnay will satisfy the wine drinker looking for the kind of wine only barrel fermentation and sur lie aging can produce.
