WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Descriptors: Notes of black cherry, tobacco and
cassis. Full bodied with hints of plum and sandlewood on the
palate. An abundance of tannins combine with a complimentary acid
backbone and denote a wine that
is worthy of cellar aging.
Food Pairings: Porterhouse steak with red wine demi-glaze, Lamb dishes of most any type, Neapolitan style pizza with fresh basil and mozzarella.
