WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Descriptors: Lemongrass, pink grapefruit and a touch of flinty smoke on the nose. Peach and gooseberry on the palate. Crisp acidity and a hint of honeydew melon hold on the palate for a lingering finish
Food Pairings: Greek salad, soft cheeses, and shellfish.
This variety has done very well in the Finger Lakes. It’s an engaging, energetic wine with great aromatics and palate-cleansing acidity.
