Enjoy this crisp, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with notes of lemongrass and flavors of papaya, grapefruit, and gooseberry that linger on the finish.

This variety has done very well in the Finger Lakes. It’s an engaging, energetic wine with great aromatics and palate-cleansing acidity.

13.4% Alcohol | 0.2% Residual Sugar

Food Pairings
